- Fran Swift (resident of Hickory Hill) will be stepping down from head of GHADA, and Mark Blake is running for his seat.
- Old Lancaster Pike - August completion date, and DelDot assures that it will look presentable for our July 4th parade.
- Old Lancaster Pike - The trees with orange markers are being removed.
- Mandatory Recycling is moving towards becoming a law in Delaware.
- Hercules Country Club land is looking to put in affordable living housing…possibility it may go through. No low income, just affordable housing.
- Crime: Hockessin Library - 3 bushes were dug up and stolen.
- Crime: Swift Park concession was broken into for 2nd time. Individuals were caught.
- Crime: Firehouse Grill (old Dome location) - multiple cars were broken into one recent evening.

We currently have about 2/3 of the development who have paid their yearly dues of $50. If you have not paid yours yet, please consider sending your payment to help with our budget to keep Hickory Hill looking good!

Our Treasurer, Doug Bernart, after many years of handling our finances has decided to step down from his post. Group of residents and board members voted to have Scott Hudson, our current Vice President to take over Doug’s position. We THANK Doug for all of his work through the years, and welcome Scott to his new position.
